We've been dead for a while, sorry.

I came on here to ask since we're looking into it... does anyone have any credible sources we can read about neurodivergent systems and their connections with being fictive heavy?

We suspect we could have ADHD, and we've heard people with Autisim and ADHD who happen to have OSDDID can often times end up being fictive heavy, and I wanted to read into that.

Mood, honestly. It takes time to learn. Hell, I've been an discovered system for over a year and im still confused about so many things. It gets better over time. Dont rush your headmates, give them time to come out and be themself. Everybody will show themselves in due time. Some might not, but a lot of them will. Remember, you're valid, even if you know nothing about your own system. Systemhood is hard. Dont let anybody tell you it isnt. Pace yourself, and give yourself time to truly discover everything about yourself. Its a natural process.

Dont stress about it at all.

Remember to take notes and track what you can.

Found out one of my moots is pro endo, and im really sad about it.

Hi, im still alive on this blog. Im just not very active. Uhm. I dont know how to face them or gently tell them im questioning if i still want to be friends or not... it just sucks overall. They were cool, too.

my worst syscourse reaction was one where I was talking to an Endo and they straight up called me slurs once they ran out of arguments. We were talking about alters who split "without trauma" in pwCDDs. The phenomenon they described was very common in CDD systems, fragments for specific tasks

Thats.. genuinely insane. I couldnt imagine being so pressed that you just fling slurs at somebody because you know youre losing an argument.

WE'VE DEALT WITH PLENTY OF DENIAL. OUR GIRLFRIEND HAS SEEN THE WORST OF IT. NOT JUST DENIAL OF BEING A SYSTEM, BUT DENIAL OF OUR TRAUMA TOO. SOMETIMES IF WE RUMINATE ON IT LONG ENOUGH, SOMEONE LIKE EVAN, (HE'S THE WORST OF THE WORST. ALONG WITH TOBY.) WILL DENY EVERYTHING WE'VE LEARNED AND SEEN FROM OUR OWN EXPERIENCES AS A SYSTEM. TOBY IN SPECIFIC IS HIS DENIAL OVER EVERYTHING WE'VE WENT THROUGH. HE REMEMBERS THE MOST OF OUR PAST, YET WHEN HE'S DOING BAD ENOUGH, HE SPECIFICALLY STARTS TELLING HIMSELF THAT WHAT WE WENT THROUGH WASN'T EVEN THAT BAD. AND THAT EVERYTHING WAS DESERVED.

MEANWHILE, IF THERES SOMEONE ELSE THERE WITH THEM, IVE SEEN THEM TRY TO REASSURE THEM, AND TELL THEM OTHERWISE. BUT WE KNOW HOW THAT GOES. THEY NEVER LISTEN UNTIL THEY'RE IN THE RIGHT STATE OF MIND AGAIN.

30 Days of DID: DAY 23

We do have an inner world! We showed off the map-out version on an earlier day. Headspace is an large vast void for us, spare for a couple buildings (front room and the house), the sub-spaces, the source portals, the playpen and the jailcell, and the couch + coffee table for whomever to chill out at. Everybody can access headspace, from my knowledge anyway. That being said, communication can get spotty and confusing, so sometimes it's harder to reach headspace depending on how the body is and who's in front. The hosts (we have three. Me included,) are the ones with the most communication. (I dont know if that makes sense. They can access headspace the easiest is a better way of phrasing it.)

Now, if Habit has someone in front and locked in the front room, then the person locked inside the front room obviously can not reach the headspace. (Unless they're Eyeris. For some reason she's the only one unable to get locked inside of front room.) That being said, we can still hear snippets from outside the door, but we're unable to reach back and communicate to whoever's out there unless Habit were to open the door.

21. I'M THE PERSECUTOR AND GATEKEEPER OF THIS SYSTEM. IM PRETTY INFAMOUS IN THE SYSTEM, BUT I DONT THINK THEY HAVE THE RIGHT PICTURE. I SIMPLY ASK FOR RESPECT AND I GET BACKLASH FOR IT. I DO MY BEST FOR THIS SYSTEM, KEEPING FRONT ORGANIZED AND KEEPING IDIOTS OUT FROM CROWDING THE FRONT, BUT SOMEHOW PEOPLE THINK ITS STILL A GOOD IDEA TO FUCK WITH ME IN HEADSPACE. ITS WHATEVER. IVE STOPPED HARMING THEM OVERALL, BUT IM NOT OPPOSED TO GIVING CONSEQUENCES.

TOBY IS AN EP. HE'S OUR PROTECTOR. ALSO A TRAUMA PROCESSOR. ANYTIME HE SENSES SOMEONE IS BEING AN ASS SOME SHAPE OR FORM THAT THREATENS US IN ANYWAY, HE TENDS TO STEP IN. HE GETS ANGRY FAST AND DOESN'T TAKE SHIT FROM NOBODY. IM THE SAME WAY. I CAN LASH OUT ON ASSHOLES TOO. THAT'S THE ONLY THING I RESPECT ABOUT TOBY.

22. WE HAVE TWO LITTLES SO FAR (THAT WE KNOW OF.) I WON'T BE NAMING THEM. IF THEY FRONT AND DECIDE TO MAKE THEMSELVES KNOWN, THEN THATS THEM. ONE IS EASILY EXCITABLE, AND MUTE. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, AND INSTEADS HONKS AND SENDS PICTURES/GIFS FOR COMMUNICATION. THE OTHER IS A LITTLE UNSTABLE. FASCINATED BY VIOLENT NATURE. OF COURSE, THE KID DOESN'T GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO HARM ANYBODY IRL. BUT HE WILL BURN SOMETHING IF GIVEN THE CHANCE. HE LOVES WEAPONS, RABBITS, AND FICTIONAL VIOLENCE. HES ALSO AN AGE SLIDER.
