WESTEN FRONT – ORIGINAL OLD TYPEWRITER FONT

Original typewriter font – Western Front – I’ve sampled this whole font using my old grandfather’s “Mercedes” typewriter (that’s dating from the 30’s), using only it’s original set of characters – so there are no @,#,$,©. ®, <> or other modern symbols. Including some European characters (ü, ö, č, ć, Ž, đ, Ć, Č, Đ, two versions of ä, etc.)

I haven’t replaced the ribbon, it was some 40 years old before sampling, and it turned out really nice. There are many old typewriter fonts out there, but this one has the most soul. Including a webfont set.

Realistic BusinessCard Mockup

BusinessCard Mockup – 2880×2000 in size, this Business Card Mockup comes with 5 background choices. It is different than similar files because it doesn’t just update the front card in the deck, but instead you can see the bottom cards update as well! Same goes for front and back of the card. To insert your images, just open layer groups (left card and right card) and right click on the layer marked in red called “Image Holder”, choose “Edit Contents” and it will open the space where you’ll just paste your card (3.5”x2”, 300 dpi is perfect, but you can resize other size to fit too). Save and it will update the deck. Repeat for another card. Backgrounds have depth of field blur applied to them.

Custom Loopable Animated GIF Generator template for Photohop (Halloween Edition)

This file is delivered in s .PSD sizes – 800×450 (for websites) and 500×280 (for social media). I have pre-rendered initial animation and you just need to insert logo / text / graphic and to export. Do it like this: Right click on (smart object) layer called “your logo here” and choose “Edit contents”. It will open another window where you only have to replace my demo logo with your text / graphic and to save it. It will update the main file. Then export it as animated .gif (save for web/gif/128 colors. Make sure to pick “forever” under “animation looping option” and save it.

Tip: You can extra compress this file on ezgif.com website. Also you can upload this gif to giphy.com and then serve it on facebook, twitter and other platforms (that is actually the best way to share it on social media).

FREE! – Very easy to use Double Exposure template, this file can help you create many original art pieces. The file you download will seem empty. that’s because you have to insert images. To start, double click on the 2 image holders (layers marked in red and orange) to open image windows. Paste your images, save and close – it will update the main file.

Since it usually takes few minutes to get used to way this file works and to find combinations of dark/light that work the best, I suggest that you have the main image always visible on the screen, so when you update one of 2 image holders and save them, you’ll be able to see the change instantly. You can also use image on one layer and a color / ink splash on another one for different effects.

This hi-res file (3000×4000pix) has 5 original images of a Cowgirl holding empty signs, in the environment of an old west “Wanted” poster. You can also put her in any other environment, because everything is layered here! There is also an “Adjustment” layer with color corrections, layered shadows, nails in the paper and editable text. Insert images in the placeholdes by enabling the girl 1-5, expanding her layer group, right clicking on the layer called “Image Holder” and pasting your image in it (to fit). Save. Then just edit text and that’s it!

Instant Painting Photoshop Effect

Instant Painting is the easiest file to use – just double click on the red marked layer (on the bottom), called “double click to paste image”, paste your image in it, resize, save, close. It will immediately update the main file with your image. Now just pick any combination of textures (layers marked in purple) and papers / canvas (layers marked in green) until you get the best effect. You can even combine more than one papers and textures at once and then adjust their opacities. Endless possibilities in this one, small .PSD file.

Girl with Shirt - Mockup

Girl with Shirt – This file comes with 9 shirt colors (layer called “shirts” marked in purple), just enable which one you want. It has 7 backgrounds (including pure black and white) – layer on the bottom called “backgrounds”, marked in yellow, on top of which you can enable any of 3 advanced color adjustment layers (on top marked in blue). So technically you get 28 background variations, or you can disable layer “background” for transparent / custom.

You place the image by opening the IMAGE layer, marked in red and choosing “edit contents”, pasting your image on top of the placeholder (which you can delete afterwards). Resize and save. It will update the main image. You can choose between “Image with white background” (good for darker shirts) and “Image without white background” (good for lighter color shirts). Rectangular white background helps visibility of your design (see examples). Shadow is also optional, and useful for designs with wall / tile backgrounds that are close to the model. You will disable it when using “abstract” or “lake” backgrounds.

If during work with the images you get asked to load a displacement map, just browse to the layer called “texture.psd” and load it. this is the layer that “distorts” the design to look natural on the shirt.
