I’m doing alright. I was just involved in a small incident with a four wheeler that landed me in the hospital (and with a couple injuries). Deep Sea Mermaids are usually the ones that migrate— as they’re used to the ever-shifting patterns of the open ocean— but other types can migrate too (if they want to go to more temperate waters or colder). It all depends on the individual mermaid.
As for being predators? Again it depends on the mermaid. Deep Sea Mermaids are more predatory than Reef Mermaids because of the lack of plant life. Reef Mermaids are more prone to eat plant-life (especially with their relationships with sea creatures) but it’s not uncommon for them to eat smaller crustaceans or fish that they can’t truly speak with.
