When you watch the movie for the hot middle aged actor you have a crush on
Just come home
Enjoy this soft fluff imagine that is completly based off of the dream I had last night xx
“Ello my lov-” Harry started but stopped himself to pout as he saw your three year old toddler, with big crocodile tears running down her face, in front of the Facetime screen instead of you. “Oh baby, what’s wrong?” He asked his daughter.
“D-daddy,” Your daughter answered him.
You paused your mouvements of picking up toys from off the floor as you watched your toddler trying to touch your husband through the screen of your phone but obviously that didn’t work which then caused her to go into another fit of tears.
“Bug,” You could hear Harry’s pout in his voice. “Y/N, what’s gotten into ‘er? Is she ill?” Harry asked out loud, knowing you wouldn’t be too far away.
You quickly put the rest of the toys into the bin before taking a seat next to your daughter on the couch. Even with your kid’s fingers on the screen, you could still make up Harry’s worried expression through the screen.
“She’s not running a fever and she doesn’t have a runny nose but she’s refusing to eat anything,” You answered him as you gently wiped away your daughter’s tears with your thumb. You tried to take your phone in your hands but your toddler quickly snatched it away, making sure you couldn’t reach it as she took deep breaths to stop herself from crying again.
“No daddy,” She glared at you before looking back at Harry.
“Okay okay,” You let out a sigh as you leaned your head back slightly.
“Daddy’s right here Lilianna,” You heard Harry reassure her. “M’a not goin’ anywhere bug, but please show daddy mamma,” He continued
Your daughter listened to him as she crawled to sit on you, making sure that you both could see Harry properly, finally taking her fingers off the screen and letting you help her hold the phone.
“All she’s been saying since she woke up, which was at 5:30, is daddy and then she starts crying,” You informed your husband. “When she got like this last week, all I had to do was show her a few pictures and videos of you and she stopped but today she literally went through my entire photo album of you and that just seemed to upset her more,” You went on. “I gave her the bear with your shirt that we put on before you left but she threw that across the room and yelled ‘no daddy’ before sobbing,” You added. “And now here we are Facetiming you which seemed to have calmed her down a bit,” You finished telling Harry your eventful day even though it wasn’t even eleven yet.
“Think she’s just missing me?” Harry questioned as he kept his eyes locked on his daughter.
“Yeah, you missing daddy Lils?” You asked her as you ran your fingers through her locks before pressing a gentle kiss on her head. “Tried telling her that we’ll be seeing you next week but in her mind you’re just gone and not coming back, you know?” You continued as Harry nodded.
This caught your daughter’s attention as she removed her eyes from the screen to move her head in order to look at you.
“Daddy’s gone?” She asked you as her bottom lip quivered before she started to cry again.
“Bubs daddy isn’t gone, look he’s right there,” You pointed at the screen towards Harry but she didn’t look as she let go of the phone and wrapped her arms around your neck, burying herself in your shoulder.
You adjusted yourself to hold your phone in a way that Harry could still see as your other hand held your daughter close to you, rubbing her back up and down to soothe her.
You looked back at the screen to see Harry blinking a few tears away that he quickly tried to hide by wiping his face with the back of his hands.
“M’a coming home,” He told you as you watched him get up from his seat, probably to go look for Jeff.
“H,” You gently spoke
You knew that Harry was hurting by being away from you and Lilianna while he toured and you knew that seeing his daughter so upset only made him feel worse but you also knew he had a job to do and he couldn’t drop everything to come home because Lilianna was having a bad day.
“No Y/N, I don’t want to hear it,” He spoke again as you watched him shuffle around and greet anyone he walked by.
“Babe, I know you don’t like seeing her upset but she just fell asleep on me and hopefully she’ll wake up feeling a bit better and if not, I will pull up Youtube and we’ll watch interviews and videos of you performing,” You tried to reason with him. “Also think of how excited she’ll be when she realises that we get to see you next week,” You added.
“Think of how happy she’ll be when she sees me today,” Harry argued.
“H, you have a soundcheck to do, an interview to do and then a whole concert tomorrow night,” You reminded him.
“I’ll do the soundcheck tomorrow right before the show and I’ll ask Jeff if we can reschedule the interview for the day after the gig,” He responded. “I’m coming home darlin,” He repeated and you knew there was no way you could talk him out of this, his mind was already made up and you knew there was no stopping him now. “Jeff! I need’a talk to you,” Harry spoke again before looking down at his phone, a small pout on his lips as he took appearance of his 3 year old clinging onto to you. “Love, I’ll call you when I’m about to board the flight. I love you,” He said.
“Flight?” You heard Jeff question Harry.
“Yeah that’s wha-” You heard him start to answer but he ended the call.
You took a deep breath as you gently threw your phone on the couch cushion next to you before getting up from your seat, cradling your daughter in your arms, as you walked upstairs deciding that you both needed a nap from being up so early.
***
You and Lilianna found yourselves being in the living room once again. When you woke up, you saw Harry had texted you saying that him and Jeff figured everything out and he was getting on the first flight out. It was a little after 3 o’clock, Harry’s flight had just landed 15 minutes ago which meant that he would be arriving home in less than half an hour. Lilianna woke up feeling a little bit better but it was still obvious how much she’s missing Harry. Harry had told you over text not to tell her that he’s coming home in case she’d throw a fit because he wasn’t already there. Lilianna seemed to have accepted the fact that no matter how much she cried, she wouldn’t be seeing Harry, little did she know she had him wrapped around her little finger and her crying did work, and so she resorted to walking around holding the bear with Harry’s shirt close to her as she took a seat on the carpet in front of the tv which only meant that she wanted to watch him on the TV.
Lilianna was still sitting in front of the television, laughing and clapping as she watched her dad doing his carpool karaoke with James Corden. You took this time of her being distracted to clean up the house a little because keeping things clean when you were at home alone with a toddler was almost impossible.
You continued on with this until you heard the front door being opened and closed, you glanced at Lili who didn’t even notice as she was too busy looking at her dad performing Juice in the BBC Lounge.
“Bug! Daddy’s home,” You heard Harry exclaim with the sound of him putting a bag down.
Lilianna took her eyes off of the television to glance at you.
“Daddy?” She asked you with a puzzled look on her face. “Daddy here?” She questioned again as she picked up your phone and looked at the screen, her green eyes flicking between your phone and you as she tried to understand what was going on.
“Lils, daddy is right here,” Harry laughed as he finally came into view.
Before you could even blink, she was getting up, the teddy bear still in hand, as she ran towards Harry who had bent down, ready to pick her up when she threw herself into his arms.
“Daddy?” Your daughter said again as she touched Harry’s face, seeming like she wanted to make sure he was actually there.
“M’a right here baby,” Harry gently spoke as he turned his face to press a kiss on her hand that was still caressing his cheek.
Once Lilianna realized she was in fact hugging her father and he was really here with her, she threw the bear across the room to use both of her hands to hug him tightly. The sight made a huge smile spread across your face. You watched as the two had their moment before Harry opened his eyes and immediately found yours.
“C’mere,” He told you as he moved Lilianna to his hand, holding her with only one arm as she clung to him so you could hug you with the other.
You sighed into the hug as you felt Harry press a kiss on your head. You would be lying if you said you didn’t miss him just as much as Lili and you were glad he had decided to come home, even though you were against it at first.
“Lemme look at you,” Harry spoke again, letting go of your waist so he could cup your cheeks in one hand. You gave him a soft smile which he gladly returned before leaning in to give you a quick peck on the lips. “Lils look at how tired mommy looks ‘cause of y’ar, thought I told you to be nice to ‘er,” He poked at her side to make her giggle as she still didn’t let go of him.
“Gee thanks for reminding me of how awful I look today,” You playfully rolled my eyes at him
“Not even close to looking awful darlin’, still the prettiest woman I know,” Harry replied. “Isn’t that right baby? Mommy is so pretty, hmm?” He bounced Lilianna up and down slightly, making her remove her head from his shoulder to look at me as she nodded. “See Lils agrees,” He looked at me with a cheeky smile.
“Please I think she would agree with anything you say at this point,” You smiled.
“As she should, plus if she disagreed that would make no sense since she is litcherally looks like y’ar,” Harry said which you couldn’t disagree on because despite having Harry’s curly hair, green eyes and dimples, Lilianna was a replica of you. “Now c’mon my babies,” He led you three further into the living, immediately taking a seat on the couch. “Oii turn that off quick, that one isn’t appropriate!” He suddenly exclaimed.
You brought your attention towards the television to see Harry and the rest of boys on the Jonathan Ross Show about to play ‘never have I ever’. You shook your head as you laughed slightly, picking up your phone from off the floor to take the video off the screen.
“Now what do you say we have a nice day watching movies and full of dada cuddles,” Harry spoke again.
Both you and Lilianna nodded to this idea. You settled yourself down on the couch beside Harry as you handed him your phone so he could show the screen to Lili to have her choose the first movie you were going to watch.
Another smile spread across your face as your daughter chose to watch the first Despicable Me while Harry clapped, praising her for her choice. You weren’t worrying about the fact that you’ll have to try your best to explain to your daughter how her father will have to leave again tomorrow and you weren’t even thinking about when Harry had to leave, all you cared about was that Harry had made the perfect decision by coming home, even if it was only for a little while.

That Bloody Damn Pasta Bridge
Harry hates disciplining his children. He hates it so much that there’s an unspoken rule in your marriage where you always have to be the bad cop and he gets to play the very loved role of the good cop. However, he has his moments where he has to raise his voice and though he always feels guilty afterwards, he knows his kid won’t make the same mistake twice.
On this particular night, your eldest son, James, was testing his limits with Harry. You’re away on a business trip and you won’t be back until 3 more days. Harry, of course, does not mind having some alone time with your two kids. In fact, he was over the moon happy when you announced you had to leave for an entire week. In Harry’s mind, you being away meant he got to do things with the kids that you wouldn’t normally allow. Him and James had already spent an evening binging out on some snacks until it was nearing 3 am. Harry even went a step further and decided that your daughter, Evelyn, should skip her usual nap time to go to the park one afternoon. Even though he immediately regretted that decision, Harry lived for moments like these with his kids because he knows its times that they’ll remember forever. In Harry’s mind, you leaving meant that he and his two kids were going to have a blast.
Harry did not plan for your son to come to him on a Thursday night after he had just put his younger sister down for bedtime, telling him that he needed his help with a school project. Harry, also, did not plan on working on this project the night before it was due.
“I cannot believe you let yourself not do a single thing until this last minute,” Harry scowled at his 13 year old son who stood beside him, reading out loud the criteria for the project. “You’ve really gone and screwed yourself over,” He went on. “I shouldn’t even be helping you with this bloody damn thing! You have no idea what you’re doing and I sure as hell don’t! Have fun explaining to your mum why you’ve failed this,” His accent getting thicker as he grew angrier.
“Dad, please. I didn’t know it was due tomorrow, I thought I had another week!” James tried to reason with his father
“Another week,” Harry scoffed. “Says it right here when it’s due!” He grabbed the page out of his son’s hand and waved it around. “Due date, June 4th! Make a bridge that will support as many textbooks as possible! Use time in class to prepare! James’ a pillock! A goddamn twit!” Harry went on reading from the page, making the two last statements up
Your son, hating the fact that his dad was not only angry with him but furious enough to start calling him names, grew more annoyed and frustrated.
“You’re not helping!” James told Harry
“Course not, this isn’t my problem,” Harry reminded his son. “Now tell me how you’re going to make this bridge mate? I’d really love to know,” He asked him
“I-I don’t know,” His son answered
“You know what? I was considering helping you but not anymore. I want you upstairs in your room and I better not see your face until tomorrow morning when you leave for school empty handed,” Harry raised his voice as he pointed to the staircase.
“Can I work on the bridge in my room?” James questioned
“The hell you can!” Harry exclaimed. “There are consequences to your actions, James, and you are going to learn just how much you’re going to have to work to obtain a proper grade once you’ve had a zero. I have never been so disappointed in my entire life, I cannot believe you,” He shook his head.
Now this is what caused James’ breaking point. Having his father be angry with him and call him names barely hurt him but hearing that Harry was disappointed in him cut sharply. James works hard to make both of his parents proud and he knows he’s in the wrong about this project but his father’s words rang in the back of his mind.
The 14 year old inhaled sharply as he felt his eyes tear up.
“You can’t do this to me!” He replied to his father. “I’m calling mum,” He quickly added before stomping up the stairs.
Harry let out a sigh as he walked to the staircase.
“Go ahead and call her! I would love to see how she reacts to you not doing a project! Please be my guest and tattle on me,” He called after his son
The only response he got was a door slamming that quickly followed with Evelyn calling out for her father.
“Now he’s gone and woke his sister up,” Harry huffed as he marched up the stairs.
He debated going into his son’s room and arguing with him some more but he decided that they both had enough. Harry went into Evelyn’s room and stayed with her until she fell back asleep which luckily didn’t take too long.
Harry let out a sigh as he gently closed the door to his daughter’s room as he noticed that the light was off in James’. Harry went into his own bedroom where he took a quick shower and got ready for bed. He climbed into his bed, phone in hand. The only text from you was one he saw a few hours ago when you wished your family a goodnight before you headed to bed yourself.
Content that James didn’t actually tattle on him, Harry laid back and closed his eyes, getting ready for sleep to overtake him. However he found himself tossing and turning.
The next thing he knew, he was downstairs leaning against the kitchen counter with his eyes glued on his computer screen as he searched up the best methods to build a bridge.
“Linguini noodles, really?” He questioned himself.
After reading different articles, he found that the pasta was a frequent method used.
Harry got up from his seat and went into the kitchen to retrieve a few boxes of the noodles before going into the laundry room to find your hot glue gun.
“Okay, let’s do this,” He said as he sat back down.
Taking a few noodles out of a box, Harry glanced back to his computer screen to make sure he was about to do the right thing.
“I guess… I just… A triangle… Right right… Makes sense…” He mumbled to himself as he started to break the pasta in pieces.
Harry started to glue the pasta together to form a triangle, since his source said that triangular trusses would work better than rectangular ones.
He kept building from there, only stopping to check his source to make sure he was doing it correctly. He gave himself one break where he chugged down two cups of coffee in order to help him stay up.
Harry glued the last piece of pasta onto the bridge, his eyes feeling heavy. He let out a content sigh as he laid his head on the table, telling himself he’ll rest his eyes for a moment before cleaning up and heading upstairs.
“S’not even that late,” He argued with himself as he closed his eyes.
The clock on the stove flashing 3:43am would argue otherwise.
***
Harry abruptly woke up to someone shaking his shoulder. He rubbed his eyes and looked at his surroundings, completely confused as to why he was being woken up in his kitchen to James holding Evelyn in his arms.
“Wha’s going on?” He asked his oldest
“I, uh, woke up and found you snoring at the table so I go Eve ready and make us breakfast but now I need to get ready for school,” James told his father
Suddenly the memories of arguing with his son over a school project became clear in Harry’s mind. He glanced at the bridge he built which still stood where he had left it. Clearly James had seen it.
“Right right, go on then. Thank you for taking care of yer sister, I couldn’t sleep last night. Didn’t mean to fall asleep here,” Harry said.
James handed his sister to his father and raced up the stairs without saying another word. Harry glanced at the clock and saw that there was 20 minutes left before James had to leave for school.
“How’re you this morning princess?” Harry asked his daughter who made herself comfortable on his lap.
“Perfect! James made me cereal while he cleaned up noodles from the table,” His daughter answered. “Why were you playing with noodles at night, daddy?” She questioned him.
Harry let out a laugh.
“I wasn’t playing with them baby, was helping your brother with something and fell asleep before I could clean up,” He told her. “Don’t you go telling mommy that, y’know how much she hates it when I leave the kitchen dirty,” He quickly added, knowing that his youngest would tell you everything that happened once you came back home.
He learned that he had to ask his daughter not to tell you certain things or else his secrets would be out.
“Pinky promise,” Evelyn agreed, locking her finger to Harry’s
“Thank you baby,” Harry kissed her cheek. “Now go on and play in the kitchen while I talk to your brother,” He said as he let her down from his lap once he noticed his son walking down the stairs.
Evelyn listened and skipped her way into the living room.
“Sit down,” Harry told his son.
James wasted no time to take a seat next to his father.
“I want to apologize for what I said to you last night, wasn’t nice of me to call you names even if you were driving me bloody mad. I’m sure you’ve noticed the bridge I built last for ya last night and I want you to know that just because I’ve helped you out this one, I won’t always be bailing you out like this. You’re about to start high school, James, and you need to learn responsibility. I’ll always want to help you with projects or help you figure school work out but I can’t be putting in more effort than you mate. This is the one and only time I will ever do one of your assignments by myself and the only reason I did build this damn bridge was because I couldn’t bear the thought of you failing a project. That and your mom would absolutely murder the both of us for letting that happen,” Harry said, earning a laugh from James during the last part of his lecture.
“Thank you dad and I’ve learned my lesson. Assignments are important and waiting until the last minute won’t do anything but bring you anxiety,” James replied.
“You’re telling me,” Harry mumbled. “You should head to your bus stop, bus will be here any minute,” He said.
James nodded and leaned over slightly to grab the bridge. He gave his dad a hug and thanked him again before making his way to the front entrance to grab his backpack and put on his shoes.
“Oh and James?” Harry called out as his son paused in the doorway. “That bridge should be able to hold at least 22 books, better come back home with a perfect grade,” He said
“Only 22? I feel like you built it to be stronger than that, how about 27?” James suggested, earning a cheeky smile from his father.
They exchanged goodbyes one last time before James left.
“That bloody damn pasta bridge,” Harry shook his head once the door closed behind his son.

That Bloody Damn Pasta Bridge
Harry hates disciplining his children. He hates it so much that there's an unspoken rule in your marriage where you always have to be the bad cop and he gets to play the very loved role of the good cop. However, he has his moments where he has to raise his voice and though he always feels guilty afterwards, he knows his kid won't make the same mistake twice.
On this particular night, your eldest son, James, was testing his limits with Harry. You're away on a business trip and you won't be back until 3 more days. Harry, of course, does not mind having some alone time with your two kids. In fact, he was over the moon happy when you announced you had to leave for an entire week. In Harry’s mind, you being away meant he got to do things with the kids that you wouldn't normally allow.
I didn't know it was due tomorrow, I thought I had another week!” James tried to reason with his father
I’d really love to know,” He asked him
“I-I don't know,” His son answered
“You know what? I was considering helping you but not anymore. I want you upstairs in your room and I better not see your face until tomorrow morning when you leave for school empty handed,” Harry raised his voice as he pointed to the staircase.
“Can I work on the bridge in my room?” James questioned
“The hell you can!” Harry exclaimed. “There are consequences to your actions, James, and you are going to learn just how much you're going to have to work to obtain a proper grade once you've had a zero.
Harry went into Evelyn’s room and stayed with her until she fell back asleep which luckily didn't take too long.
Thank you for taking care of yer sister, I couldn't sleep last night. Didn't mean to fall asleep here,” Harry said.
“I wasn't playing with them baby, was helping your brother with something and fell asleep before I could clean up,” He told her. “Don't you go telling mommy that, y’know how much she hates it when I leave the kitchen dirty,” He quickly added, knowing that his youngest would tell you everything that happened once you came back home.
“I want to apologize for what I said to you last night, wasn't nice of me to call you names even if you were driving me bloody mad. I'm sure you’ve noticed the bridge I built last for ya last night and I want you to know that just because I've helped you out this one, I won't always be bailing you out like this.
“You're telling me,” Harry mumbled.
Painted Nails🥺
You let out another small sigh as you got some more nail polish on your finger.
“What’s with all of your huffing and puffing?” Harry asked you as he sat on the sofa that was across from where you sat on the floor in front of the coffee table.
“Can’t concentrate when you’re watching my every move,” You answered him, the slightest pout on your lips as you grabbed yet another cotton ball to dip into the remover you needed to take the nail polish off your finger.
“Is that so?” Harry raised his eyebrows up in a questioning matter. It wasn’t hard to hear that he found this amusing. “Barely even looked at ya, pet, since you’ve started on your nails,” He added
“Such a lie,” You argued
You always knew when Harry is looking at you, it’s hard to miss the stare he gives you. Whether it’s when you’re watching a movie and he keeps glancing down at you or if it’s when you’re at a big gathering and he’s looking at you from across the room. You can always tell when his eyes are on you and right now, they’ve been on you since you decided to paint your nails. You don’t know why he’s so intrigued in your action but what you do know is that you’re having a hard time concentrating.
“M’a just like looking at you darling, is that so bad?” Harry asked you, teasing obvious in his voice as he found the power he held over you quite entertaining.
“You can look at me as soon as I'm done with my nails,” You responded. “Getting tired of starting over,” You quickly added as you looked up to look at him
Harry couldn't help but let out a few chuckles.
“Alright, alright. I'm sorry for distracting you from your precious work,” He agreed
You have him a cheesy smile as he turned his attention towards the tv letting you peacefully finish painting your nails.
“There we go! Now you can look at me all you want,” You announced as you applied the last layer of polish protector to your fingernail.
“Lemme see those nails,” Harry turned his attention towards you once again
You proudly brought up your hands holding them out in front of your face as you showed him your color full nails.
“What’dya say you paint mine?” He asked you as he got up from his seat.
“Really?” You questioned him, excitement already rushing through you at the thought of painting his nails.
“Mmh, like the colors you picked out,” Harry answered as he sat down next to you
“You want them the same as me?” You asked him as you watched him wonder through your basket full of different polishes.
“Wanna match with my baby,” Harry nodded.
You let out a small squeal as you reached over him to grab the blue nail polish you had just put away.
Immediately you started getting to work, starting with his pinkie.
“Har,” You let out a giggle as he placed a gentle kiss on your temple. “Stop, I don't want to mess up,” You said as you focused all of your attention on his nails. Trying your best not to get any on his skin.
“You look too adorable like this,” Harry told you as he used his unpainted hand to move some hair out of your face. “Couldn't help myself,” He added, gently leaning his head on yours as he watched you paint his nail full of blue.
You both sat quietly as you finished his nails, Harry distracting you every now and then.
“Annnnd done,” You exclaimed as you gently touched his nail with your finger, testing to see if the polish was dry. “You like them?” You bit on your lip nervously as Harry turned his hands towards him to get a better look at his nails.
“Like them? I love ‘em,”Harry reassured you as he smiled widely.
You couldn't help your own smile on your face as he wrapped your arms around his torso, hugging him tightly.
“You should do my nails every time you do yours,” Harry spoke against your skin as he engulfed you in the hug. “‘S relaxing, feels like you're giving me a massage,” He went on.
You agreed immediately because if you're being honest looking down at yours and Harry’s hands with a matching set of nails made you oddly happy and you couldn't help but wonder if Harry actually liked his painted nails or if he simply wanted you happy.
Little did you know that Harry, also, got oddly happy as he looked down at your matching nail set. He found himself having the smallest smile on his face whenever he took your hand in his and saw the matching colors. Every now and then when you two would decide it was time to put on a different color, he would spend days waving his nails in your face going on and on about how he loves matching with his girl. You had made a joke that the next step would be to start having matching outfits and though Harry laughed it off as a joke, in his mind he was already planning a few matching outfits that, of course, would match with the variety of nail polishes you had.
Cuddles with Harry
Harry couldn't decide which cuddling position he enjoyed the most to fall asleep in. Even though his girl asks him all of the time how he would rather fall asleep, he never seems to have an answer. Which resulted in her choosing the position of her liking.
Truth be told, his girlfriend didn't care how they fell asleep at night so long as she could feel his touch. Whether they were both on their own side of the bed with only their hands intertwined or if they were both laying on their sides, every possible body part touching, she was content. Knowing this about herself, she constantly found herself asking Harry how he would enjoy falling asleep. She only wanted him to be comfortable, yet he never gave her a proper answer.
On a particular night as they were buried underneath the covers, her entire body laying on top of Harry’s as his hands traced random shapes on her back and her hands played in his hair, she finally got an answer.
“Love,” Harry gently spoke, sleep evident in his voice
“Mmh?” His droopy girlfriend answered
“I think this might be my favorite,” He told her as his hands came to a stop on her back, resting flatly on it instead.
Now this made her look up at him as she rested her chin on his chest.
“Really?” She questioned him
It was such a random position. One that they barely even do, due to the fact that she always felt like she was crushing him.
Harry nodded as one of his hands left her back to caress her cheek
“Why?” She asked him, generally curious and intrigued
Harry thought about it for a moment and almost lost his train of thoughts as his girl dropped one of her hands to rub up and down on his cheek where a small stubble was appearing.
“I dunno,” He answered honestly.
This response making his girl frown as she was expecting an actual reason.
Harry let out a few small chuckles that vibrated throughout her body.
“ I guess it's because I can feel all of you,” Harry went more into detail. “Like it when I can feel your heartbeat or hear your soft snores as I scratch your back,” He continued. “Love feeling your hands in my hair. Guess I just like having all of you,” He finished.
All of this coming from the top of his head since he really had no idea why he enjoyed this position so much, he only wanted to make his girl happy by giving her some explanations.
“I get what you mean,” She responded, lazily leaning into his hand that was still resting on her cheek. “Does that mean you wanna fall asleep like this every night?” She asked him.
He could tell by the way she looked at him with sparkly eyes that she genuinely wanted to know because she wanted him happy.
“Not every night but I wouldn't mind most of them,” He told her. “Want you in my arms properly sometimes,” He quickly added as he saw another frown start to form on her face.
“Okay we can do that,” She smiled softly at him. “How bout you start choosing how we sleep,” She suggested
Harry shook his head
“That's your job, innit?” He questioned
“Don't care how we sleep just as long as I'm touching you somehow, tired of always choosing. ‘S your turn now,” She answered him
“Alright alright,” Harry agreed with her. “Now how about we get some rest? Can feel us both fighting our sleep,” His hand founding its way back to her back where he continued to gently graze his fingers up and down
His girl laid her head on his chest once again as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
“I love ya darling,” Harry told her before yawning, causing the girl on his chest to rise a little
“Me too H, me too,” She sleepily replied before letting herself finally doze off, happy that her boyfriend finally decided which cuddling position he enjoyed the most.
