if u ever have doubts about getting help for ur mental health and getting medication, i started lexapro at the beginning of this month and i have never felt so happy and motivated in my entire life. i was at the lowest point of my life in december and i decided it was time to do something serious about it because my own tactics weren’t working anymore, and i can easily say it was the best decision i could’ve made. things genuinely do get better, you just have to make a little bit of effort to get some help
