something I’ve learnt as I’ve grown older which has bought me so much peace, is that not everyone will understand you and that’s okay. a lot of people lack the life experience, emotional intelligence and empathy to ever understand your life and the choices that you’ve made. you don’t need to prove anything to anyone. you know your truth and anyone who chooses to make baseless judgements or misunderstand you, isn’t worth arguing with to convince them otherwise. this goes for family, friends, or even just random people on the internet

27 today. Remembering all the things I’m so grateful for. My amazingly incredible parents, alhamdulillah. My brothers, sister in laws and my beautiful nieces. My sister. My uncle, aunties, and some of the best cousins ever. My education and job, and all the good it allows me to do. My friends who know too much. BTS. Kdramas. My bed, my god I love my bed so much. My bookshelf, it’s pretty cute.  This finger massager my dad gave me which is the best fidget toy. My health, and of all those I love, alhamdulillah.  All these things make my life richer, and I am so grateful for them. Sometimes I forget though, and get caught up.  This year will be a great one, inshallah!!!
