Sat down on the rug by Mrs. B at her feet (we were in the drawing room began sitting there today) and began grubbling she was sufficiently in the humour and soon became very wet so much so that in working her a little of her moisture was sprinted on my dressing gown.  A very good excitement, almost the real kiss which she said she should have had, had she been lying down.  There we staid dawdling and talking so that we were not ready to go out till 5 10/60.
