So. I know I haven't really been around much on Tumblr lately (remembering to post art on all social media apparently Does Not Vibe with my ADHD and Instagram is basically a dopamine machine), but with Meta shitting the bed just as hard as Twitter I'm forming a new strategy, before I inevitably go Scorched Earth on Instagram (and to a lesser extent Facebook) as well. It really pains me to say that, because I put in a lot of effort to find community with so many others there. But that's not to say I can't put in that effort here. And I will.
But for that I need something: a Tumblr account where my art blog is my actual primary blog. Which I now have!
A massive drawback of having this blog as a secondary blog is that I can't actually follow people back, but I remembered I have a spare account!
So I've purged that blog, rebranded it, and starting soon I will be posting my art there, Nightshaded and well.
Since I no longer want non-Nightshaded copies of my recent art floating around on the internet, that means I'll also be purging this blog (and to a certain extent, my old DeviantART) of its content soon.
The memories that will be lost will be a crying shame, but with everything that's going on I'm excited to look to the future and start with a clean slate.
So without further ado, my new art blog is @hatandgoggles ! I can't wait to start interacting with you all there!
