been too sick to draw anything substantial lately so i grabbed my fan generation's mane 5 and made profiles on them. just in the spirit of G6 being recently revealed.
oh, and i also changed all of my previous art of these 5 to be tagged with "#mlp fan gen" and "#mlp fan generation" instead of G6 now that actually exists.
i want to remind everyone that with G6, Pinkie Pie has officially been a protagonist thrice. G3's reboot, G4 and G6.

These three were friends long before the events of my hypothetical G6, so I wanted to draw them hanging out.
Also, I was in the middle of drawing their fetlocks when I went "wouldn't the fur get into the batter?" so i gave them socks/gloves to make sure that doesn't happen, it just made sense to me.

as someone who's been an MLP fan since the 2010s the switch up on Alicorn Twilight is so funny to me. we really went from making fun of twilight becoming an Alicorn to going "okay so all her students and children should also be Alicorns"
that being said I miss unicorn twi and that's part of the reason I don't like the idea of luster dawn becoming an Alicorn thanks for coming to my ted talk

So my OC Blue Hour is from Nightmare Moon's timeline, but what's she like in the main one?
Unlike her counterpart, this Blue Hour grew up by Luna's side rather than Nightmare Moon's side. Here, she was trained to take over the job of walking through dreams from Luna, which is how she gets her cutie mark. She often gives herself the title "Dreamweaver" too.
I think she would be a friendly rival to Luster Dawn. Kind of like Twilight and Trixie but, y'know, not.
