CINNAMON APPLE CHIPS🍎💫 This recipe is perfect whenever you are craving for desserts Ingredients🍎: 4 Apples, cored and sliced 1/8” thick (I used McIntosh) 1-2 tsp . Ground Cinnamon 1-2 tsp . Granulated Sugar, if needed Cooking Spray Prep👩🏻🍳: 1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees fahrenheit. 2. Add the sliced apples to a large bowl; then coat the apples with the cinnamon and/or sugar. 3. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and line the apples flat on the pan. You may need to use two pans so that they are not overlapping. 4. Bake 2-3 hours until the chips are dry yet still soft. Allow to cool completely before placing them in an air tight container for up to 4 days (if they last that long!).

♡ slightly sweet, slighty nutty, these no bake chewy peanut butter and banana oat bars are perfect for breakfast or just as a snack

𝕚𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤
1 medium banana - 105kcals
natural smooth peanut butter (3tbsp) - 266kcals
unsalted red skin peanuts (20g) - 115kcals
maple syrup (1tbsp) - 47kcals
rolled oats (120g) - 450kcals
𝕞𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕
in a microwave safe bowl, heat up your maple syrup and peanut butter in 20 second bursts (𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻) until warm and almost bubbling
roughly chop the peanuts (𝗶 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀) mash the banana in the bowl (𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘀) and stir briefly before adding in the oats and peanuts and stir until it becomes one mixture
pour the mixture into a lined pan (𝗶 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝟳.𝟱𝘅𝟳.𝟱 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱) and flatten it out, press it with the back of a spoon (𝗱𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗳 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘆) to make sure it’s all packed down in a single layer
freeze for 25-35 minutes or until fully chilled before slicing into bars then you can enjoy these sweet treats!
note: the fresh banana in these will cause the bars to brown over time but don’t worry! they’re still perfectly fine to eat and taste good either way (: i suggest keeping them in the fridge for up to 5 days
♡ these oat bars aren’t the most low cal bar u could make but they’re very tasty and easy to make. the recipe called for a lot of maple syrup and peanut butter but i substituted it for a banana which gives it the naturally sweet flavour plus acts as a binding agent and is also obviously a lot healthier! ♡
