My Nana-in-law, the inimitable Betty Atkinson, passed away today at the age of 100. Not having a Nana of my own I feel so blessed that she came into my life. She has taught me at least three things over the years; to always be yourself, no matter what people think; that you don't have to be blood to be family and that true love can last forever. I hope she is up there now with her beloved Thomas. RIP Nana. 💚
