The Fabulastic METAL DUCK

The Metal Duck was a badnik Sonic OC that I had made mid last year. And while it wasn't all that long ago in hindsight, something feels like it was such an old thing. And MD has become a real part of me.
A lot has shifted with me since I made them, and yet the world has stayed just the same.
I'm probably getting a bit to deep into this for this silly little guy lol. So imma show a few more of my recent drawings of them.
I made this one a couple weeks ago, and it was an unfinished concept of they're Grade 2 upgraded form. The sketch up top is the completed one.
Idk if I forgot to draw their other wing or it's supposed to be behind their head :P
But it was gonna sorta be a more complicated design. I didn't feel like drawing allat every time so I simplified it.
It's hard to tell in most drawings of them, but they're supposed to be a robot-Rapper. Kinda stupid but they're obviously supposed to be a goofy person.
Unfortunately I'm probably god awful at coming up with rap lyrics on the fly (or at all) so it's hard to play out their music in RP.
Then there's this half-repaired scrappy design for them. For after they're found wrecked after a big battle with their mortal enemy (they won...kinda)
Their right arm is a spiky flexible coil ripped off the tail of a Dragonfly badnik, and their left leg is sorta supposed to be like the bottom of an Anton badnik.
The general story of the Metal Duck is just a slightly abnormally strong Badnik in Eggman's empire, that after they get destroyed in that big battle from before they get repaired by a nuetral party. Realizing themself individually and eventually getting upgraded into their Grade 2.
They weren't made to be a Rapper, just another heartless mindless robot. But they over time transformed into an awesome person!
I don't usually make characters of my own that I cling onto so much.
But something about Metal Duck just sticks with me <3
This is their middle form/fully repaired by third party. And arguably at their most recognizable (at least by the like 7 people who knows who they are)
Colorful and Iconic. But probably not very well designed, and always changing based on my mood. Because I first designed them when I was admittedly a lot worse and makin characters.
