Anger

They always said I was too angry Almost a savage I know that one of my 7 deadly sins is wrath They said “you’re too much sincere. It’s not good” They said “Wow. Easy. You don’t need to be mad” Actually, I need. I need my rage. I need my inner fighter on mode on. Otherwise, I will collapse If I turn it off people will think it’s cool to cheat on me Or they can do whatever they please with me Because I’m defenseless Sincerely talking? I tried to be softer I really made a effort to smile even when put in uncomfortable situations Tell me it’s not a reason to be mad I tried not to yell at people who was irritating me I tried hard to be girly To behave like they say a girl should do But I realized that was just following the protocol The rules I’m a rulebreaker, sweetheart I’m not girly or innocent or defenseless I’m intense That’s the kind of woman I am I’m not making anything easier I’m not making myself easier just because society can’t handle a strong woman Instead, I dare you to make yourself stronger I dare you to make yourself interesting I dare you to be better than this little whiny boy you are Grow up
