Scarfolk is a fictional British town that’s permanently stuck in the ‘70′s. Graphic designer Richard Littler, the in-world mayor and real-world creator of the little dystopia, was inspired by his childhood in Manchester in the 1970′s, where he remembers being terrified by how the media blurred the lines between real and paranormal.
