Visage feels like Chase trying to find his family after Dark Silence and Anti’s just throwing him off. 

Let’s start here for example 

For all we know he could have checked into a hospital and because he took so many pills, he doesn’t really know what’s real anymore. Anti’s taking advantage of him in this state. 

He’s hallucinating the worst thing that could happen in his life. Losing his family. 

He’s going through this house that Anti has created in his delirious state, instead of seeing a happy loving family, he sees darkness and horror. He doesn’t know who this demon is, he just knows it’s giving him horrible nightmares and has to try and escape.
