In Level 3-7 of Yoshi’s Island, an extremely rare glitch can occur whereby the Blue Yoshi that is supposed to catch Baby Mario at the goal will spawn underground and fail to catch him. Note how Baby Mario remains in his bubble and the Blue Yoshi simply slides from the right edge to the left edge of the screen while looking up, expecting to catch him.
