HE LEANS back in his chair, SCOWL cast toward the DETENTION teacher as he kicks his legs up on the table, GUM blown into a bubble before he grouses at the TEACHER as they cast him a deadpan glare.

A huff comes, HIS sideways glance cast toward HARGROVE before his head turning back to the TEACHER.

After school detention and what happened wasnโt specifically Billyโs fault either-- sometimes you canโt fucking help stupid. He has much better things to do than be here-- like driving some girl home thatโs been eye-fucking him all damn day, funnily enough thatโs where heโd rather be, in his car with some random girl with her hand resting on his knee as he drove. Would much rather give some bullshit excuse as to why he wonโt give her special attention, which is mostly the reason why the rumors are that Billy Hargrove is an asshole.
Wasnโt too fond of Karter either, they are much too similar in temperament and Billy knows too damn well that is a recipe for destruction. He watches rather quietly the situation unfold in front of him, Karter waving the teacher off with that same damn arrogance that Billy has with people of authority.
Waits for the teacher to leave-- and admittedly that hour long of detention Billy got isnโt too bad, maybe Billy would be home before Neil got there-- maybe no one called him either. His eyebrows narrow as he studies Karter who is sitting two seats away from him and is honestly the only one in the room whose mere presences demands attention beside Billy himself.ย โThree hours?
