Ok. I haven't updated since Thursday, and Ive been really bad at taking photos, but I promise promise promise that I have been sticking to my guns and doing amazing. Let's see what I can dig up in my photos to document the last couple of days...
Friday I had a late start at work which was great. I was able to just hang out in the morning and enjoy my husband's company. He made me eggs and bacon before work and I was able to pull a couple tarot cards (both encouraging and positive, as they have been when I get a chance to pull them!)
I did drink that whole water bottle throughout the day as well (1.5 liters), and I did not eat again until I got home from work because I had a super busy day. For dinner I had white people tacos again, but this time I put some Rotel/Velveeta dip on them 🤤
I snacked a little bit for sure at night, but I have been really good about my snacks. Mostly peanut butter, pickles, outshine popsicles, and maybe a Hershey bar here and there. I also did my daily challenge. Every time I consider not doing my daily challenge, I think about how easy it is and I just get up and do it. I am definitely getting stronger with every jumping jack and every pushup even though my pushups are modified. I am very proud of myself.
Yesterday I did not take any photos at all. For breakfast I had 3 hard boiled eggs, for lunch I had maybe a cup of menudo with 2 corn tortillas and half a flour, and then for dinner I had a poké bowl with sushi rice, spring mix, tuna, salmon, seaweed salad, yum-yum, eel sauce, and some other toppings I cant really remember. I got the 16oz bowl and it was delicious. I also had a little bit of popcorn, half a protein cookie, a couple pork rinds (Chile lime flavored 🤤) and some peanut butter, probably. I did my challenge-25 high knees, 14 lunges, 14 second plank and 9 pushups.
Now my husband is cooking breakfast for the family, biscuits and gravy. Not the greatest for the diet but anything in moderation, I figure. I have had a small cup of the Califia farms Pumpkin spice cold brew as well as a cup of my blueberry pancake coffee. I'll probably have another. I love sitting on the couch drinking way too much caffeine to start out my Sundays.
I am also very stuffy and cough-y which is super annoying. I can't smell anything. Gross.
