We’ve left our two idiots after an involuntary confession by Alastor - leaving him with regrets and Lucifer with more questions than before - both of them separated for the first time in weeks. But the Overlord had vowed to protect his mate - nope, not that - his king, so they have to fix that, right? And to make matters worse, Carmilla calls for the first Overlord meeting ever since Vox’s failed attempt of taking over heaven. Aaaaand… of course Lucifer is freaking out about his deer going there unprotected, so what to do? Enter Satan! And what is Lucifer up to while being unsupervised? Exactly! Mischief and… a house tour?

Lucifer is pulling a “Shinoa” (as my wife lovingly calls it 🤣) in the next part of “Of Executioners and Bonds” - which is finally online!

There will be no updates from us for ~2 months - Yuu broke her wrist and can’t draw at the moment 😭

So let’s say our life is pretty chaotic atm and I don’t find too much time to write as well - but I’m working on it! Buuuuut there won’t be any new parts as long as Yuu is out of commission… wouldn’t feel right to post anything without her fanart 💔

A little sneak-peak for the curious kitties of you 🤭

~“You’re almost vibrating out of your skin – something wrong, Luce?”

That name snapped Lucifer out of his spiral, focusing his attention on Alastor again. Right, this was a game. Nothing more.

“No. Everything peachy.” Lucifer said, voice only a little frail at the start. He took a deep breath, trying to stop the shaking and relax into the hold of the chains.

Alastor tilted his head a little. “Aw, what a pity. Seeing you in misery is my greatest pleasure.” He leaned forward a bit, antlers growing a tiny fraction. “Writhing in despair and oh so vulnerable, that would be such a delight.”

He was laying it on thick tonight, Lucifer thought, but the cartoony performance helped a little to reassure Lucifer that this was just something like a stage play and that neither himself nor Alastor were entirely serious about any of this.

Probably, anyway.

“You think a pair of handcuffs scares me? Ha, you’ll need something a little more intense.” Lucifer gave back, shifting as much as possible forward. False bravado came to him like an old friend, fired him up a bit. He tested the cuffs again with a tug, just in case.

“Who says I’m here to scare you?” Alastor answered. He drummed his claws on his thighs rhythmically - did he always have some sort of song in his mind? Was that why he moved like he danced all the time?

A cold sensation diverted Lucifer’s attention from those polished claws, it reached softly around his waist from behind, up to the collar of his shirt.

At first Lucifer couldn’t quite comprehend what was happening, what he was seeing when he looked down, but slowly the absence of light registered. Alastor’s little shadow friend was undressing him.~

Another thing they can bond over - music!

But in this very instance, seems like Lucifer himself is the instrument. Imagine Alastor gaining the king’s trust, exploiting all his weak points, his depression, as well as his bleeding heart. He could manipulate him so well, making him his little marionette, shaping hell to his standards, having all the power - from the shadows.

Playing Lucifer like a damn fiddle.

Things those two idiots for sure could bond over:

1) TV scrambles the brain

2) dancing

After they stop arguing about who’s leading they’d make a great pair! Pulling off impossible moves, one fancier than the other, a sight to see for sure. And our king loves to entertain and show off - so look at his slutty fancy outfit. Alastor for sure does 😏 (just look at his wagging tail and how big his antlers are 🤭)
