Actually yes, and to prove to all the male in my old pack that I can survive without my brothers protection, which I do think I am doing quiet well. [Hazel shrugged her shoulders.] Seeing them again is the only thing that is keeping me going since their deaths. If I start thinking that they are gone for good and that the moon goddess has screwed me over from ever seeing their faces again, then I have nothing left to live for. That everything my mother taught me was a lie.

The wolf’s tail rose above his back. Even if he was being friendly, he was currently the dominant wolf in the group. “Good to hear that, Hazel. Enjoying the ability to be with the pack is a most wonderful thing. How have you been as of late? I haven’t seen you for a while.”
[Hazel flashed her bright blue eyes at the other wolf. Not caring if he was more dominate.] I like being able to stretch my legs, but I am still getting use to the feeling again.

Nothing is permanent around me. Only my amazing personality. [Hazel chuckled and shook her head.] I have always said it and nothing has happened to make me say otherwise.

“What’s that?” he asked and the realised that could of been mean “I mean, I have Ben to live for, I just wondered if you were talking about someone or something.” he shrugged, helping her “Or just survival instinct.”
I would say you are better person, since people have said I am. You are definitely a better person.
I have no one to live for. Not that lucky. Its something, need to prove to everyone that I can survive all on my own. Plus it helps to have my family’s passing's as a boast to make me want to live. Don’t want to join them too soon.

Hayato usually focused on spending time with one member of the pack at a time if he wasn’t on patrol around the west side’s border. But tonight he’d ventured farther towards the center, wanting to be with the other wolves.
Some of the wolves he came across were familiar, some new faces. Two fellow betas, but most omegas. But the ones he was currently around were all youngsters compared to him.

Even if she said that, it was hard to stay focused. He wouldn’t remember much after that. The occasional screaming of Hazel, footsteps, and the sound of the large piece of building being moved off of Hazel were the only things he was really aware of before everything went black. But at least he was still breathing.
[Hazel heard his get quiet and she grew worried over that. Biting her bottom lip, she struggled to move, she had to help him someway. Moving herself caused her to scream out in pain, but she managed more herself enough to get closer to him.] No, wake up Olivier. Please!

Kadyn just cocked his brow at her “Won’t lie, 14 moons ago, I’d of left you.” But things change and he’s grown, he didn’t know why, maybe the heartbreak of Lex and being owned by Ben, someone that actually cared about him. Maybe they’d helped him become a better person, or more human and more humain.
“Good.” he said and snorted “Because I may have helped you, but i will still drop you and run if the wind comes back.” He’d come from home and there were twisters landing everywhere in the west, he wasn’t dying for someone else, not unless that someone was Ben. “Come on, let’s just try get there quick, and in one piece.”
Hey 14 months I wouldn’t have let anyone help me, my pride wouldn’t let it happen. So I guess we all have grown up in this place after all. Whatever it was that made us changed, it made us into better people. I guess.
I know I would very much like it if we get there all in one piece, still have something to live for at the moment and not wanting to die or get more injured before the fun can begin.

“That or the Jules Verne books she got me for my birthday when I was ten. I really hope they are still intact when the rubble clears….”
Think about all the fun times you had with Patches before he so sadly departed. How much Patches would want you to stay awake and keep me company so that we can get help together.

Natalie still had nightmares sometimes about those full moons down in the cells. She would wake in a sweat and could swear she heard that vicious growling next to her. “It wasn’t a great deal on our end.” Natalie murmured softly. “Plus, most of us had no idea any of this existed in the first place.”
Most humans have thought about our world though, thinking or believing that its real. Wanting to find their Edward or Jacob, or Stefan or Damon. Some weird crap like that. Humans believe we are fantasy creatures. There is nothing fantasy like about being naked and breaking your bones at a young age and being told that its “natural” and “you’ll get use to the pain”.

Yes but it never last longer than a few days, so its nothing permanent. That’s something I have definitely learned in my years here.

No Olivier, you can’t sleep. If I have learned anything from medical shows that its never good to let someone who has hit their head to go to sleep. Tell me your best childhood memory.

He replied and hopefully made his point. It didn’t matter where her violence or trouble making tendencies came from, if she was human, all the fighting in the world would mean nothing, if she was a human fending off a wolf she’d pissed off.
I would never have to worry about becoming human, so I never have to put much thought into what I have to worry about. Never have to worry about it.

He helped her to her feet and wrapped her arm over his shoulders, hoping he’d support her enough for her to make it “Just don’t stop, not sure we have time for that.” he could already feel the ground beneath them starting to rumble again, and he’d watched enough tv to know there were after shocks when it came to earthquakes.
Don’t worry, I’m use to having to fend for myself, which is why it shocked me to much that your helping me. [Hazel bit her lower lip hard as he lowered her down to the ground. Trying not to put any pressure on her bad leg.] Trust me, I don’t plan on stopping. [Her eyes darted around as she felt the ground staring to rumble again.]
