not the perfect movie i hoped for, but a good movie to round it all up.

I just finished watching the movie, i have a lot of feelings rn.

This movie was super cramped, incredibly straight and had some weird subplots (valka and snotlout)

But i think they handled the dragon farewell great.

I remember the little scrawny boy with the knife, and now i see a married dadcup.

There were also so many parallels! My favourite was probably when hiccup said goodbye to toothless with an outstreched arm, like a reversed forbidden friendship scene, or the astrid line 'what are you gonna do about it?' parallel to movie 1
