wip?? i loved the halo 2 remastered cinematics so much i grabbed 1000 screenshots from it and i thought itd be funstuff to try and paint some of em dunno that ill do more than this but i need to start posting art regardless of what it looks liek or ill never post it lol

whats tublr think of my anatomically incorrect ( partially) sanghelli painting ive been replaying the halo franchise and its the only thing keeping me sane in these dark times and i couldnt help but draw a sanghelli bc ive always thought they were really neat looking. also i wanted another excuse to practice texture in painting probably the most im gonna do with it for the moment but i may render armor later on I could go on for hours about how much i love the alien designs and the speculative evolution and cultural exploration behind them but i wont do that, i love reading the wiki for hours

im not dead just very down in the dumps about myself and my art i dont really see much about the struggle of keeping up with social media and the energy it takes to try and keep it going it shard to not be self critical around it and i hope im not the only one that has a hard time with social media self image. anyway a beast i painted inspired by The Thing and The Gravemind from halo series!!
