As well as living with chronic pain since 2014 I also have fibromyalgia, between the two I get terrible brain fog. We all have those moments when you forget what you walked in to a room for but my ‘forgets’ are legendary.

I haven’t had sugar in coffee for 10 years. Today (just now) I put two sugars in. Actually drank some. Still couldn’t think why it tasted like syrup 🤷🏼‍♀️
