Squats (Machine)
For these, I also added hip thrusts to the top by having my husband pull on a resistance band that was wrapped around my waste. I will take a picture of this next time so that you can visualize what that means.

Bulgarian Split Squat
Using TRX bands for the back foot, and dumbbells for the weight. The reps are per foot.

Prone Hip Adductor (Band)
- 8 reps each with green band
- 8 reps each with yellow band
- 8 reps each with blue band
Straight Leg Deadlift (Dumbbell)
Weight is the sum of both dumbbells
