My dad texted me and said he was going to swim laps before they closed at five so I got dressed in a hurry and got a short swim in today. I love water. Once you find the right rhythm, you just glide through the water and it's such a good feeling. I think I was meant to be a mermaid sometimes.
After the swim, I came home and did a ten minute Nike workout video on Netflix
My butt still hurts so bad from that cycling class, but my legs don't feel to sore. That's surprisingly because my legs were burning so bad in the class.
Just finished my first lap swim of the week and it was pretty good. I think it's time to actually come up with a work out. Right now I just swim for 30 to 40 minutes. Always open to suggestions.
I woke up with a really sore neck and unfortunately that is still the case.
My anxiety has been really high today. I was shadowing a different department at internship and it was a struggle to pay attention. I don't feel as anxious after I swam, but getting here was a struggle.
