About 9 weeks process… It’s a slow and steady process and its hard to not be discouraged, I wish I could wake up one morning and the fat just be melted off. But nothing worth it is easy. Granted I’ve got working out at least 3x a week handled. My biggest issue is what I eat. I love food. I love all food. I’m getting my blood work redone sometime this week so fingers crossed that my terrible eating habits haven’t sabotaged my risk of borderline diabetes and full blown high cholesterol. HERES TO SLOW AND STEADY CHANGES… ITS NOT A LOT BUT ITS THERE:)
