SWANN ARLAUD as Maître Vincent Renzi Anatomy of a Fall (2023)
“This day will never come again and anyone who fails to eat and drink and taste and smell it will never have it offered to him again in all eternity. The sun will never shine as it does today...But you must play your part and sing a song, one of your best.”
Hermann Hesse, Klingsors letzter Sommer
I remember that year when I entered the Prince's manor, was entitled ce'Fujin, and became the most favoured woman at His Majesty's side. There were so many women in his estate. Everyone was afraid of him, except me. He often took me horse-riding and hunting. He said I was the only one he liked.
LEGEND OF ZHEN HUAN | Episode 42
“What you are is what you have been. What you'll be is what you do now.”
Siddhartha Gautama
Everyone knows a different version of me, but no one actually knows the real me. Not even myself
I always regret speaking
Sometimes I do this thing where I adopt a fictional character and view them as my child any time they go through something remotely traumatic
And since all we were taught as children was that we only had each other, how was I meant to know that we would end up this way?
All my life my heart has yearned for a thing I cannot name.
André Breton, Mad Love.
Sometimes I feel like my sole reason for being is to read and write
I actually love tragic books so much. Yes make me cry. Yes make the character doomed from the very beginning but I’ll only realise in the end or hope that they defy their fate at the very least.
I love intricate stories so much, so naturally Naoki Urasawa is one of my favorite Mangakas/Authors
