sweet potato, swiss chard + anchovy paste ravioli (with sourdough discard pasta dough!) up on sourdoughbagels.ca (it still feels weird and silly for me to say that)

vegan option available!! don’t be afraid of the anchovy paste even if you don’t like fish, the end result isn’t seafood-y. the filling is complex, salty-sweet, + highly satisfying. it’s so flavourful that all you really need to finish the dish off is some salted brown butter, parmesan, and black pepper. and it’s made with ~seasonal ingredients~/very low-waste <3
