Sorting through my old tumblr blog is bizarre

I was so candid and vulnerable yet sort of rough.  Raw photos of half eaten fruits, mascara stained freckles and dehydrated lips, always pouting for some single drop of validation. Chemistry notebook doodles of hearts intertwined, half crossed out. I didn’t try. It’s just what being a teenage girl looks like.  and I wanted desperately to be loved for doing nothing more than breathing.
