I forced myself to put on makeup, did my hair, picked out a dress, and made myself take this obnoxious selfie. I've been a hotmess lately. I've had extreme highs and lows, uncomfortable crying, honestly not been in a good place. I have no logical reason to be depressed, but I also know that remaining quiet on something that is very real is dangerous. I'm actively working towards trying to get better. I feel like I'm pouring out of an empty cup. I want to be a good friend, wife, momma and family member.
