Look at where you are today. Are you happy? Are you where you want to be? If not look at your habits. - Too often we we complain that things aren't going our way or life isn't treating us fairly. We make up some other excuse in order to help us feel better or rationalize our situation. When what we really need to do is to look at our habits. -- Are our actions and habits leading us to where we want to be or are they limiting, even stifling our potential? --- Are we expecting things to change without any change on our part? Take a "habits inventory" and check yourself. You will most likely uncover some daily habits that are limiting your growth. Habits that, like a chain, need to be broken. ---- What are some habits that are holding you back?
