Pride

There is a great feeling that comes from accomplishing hardships and tasks that we choose. We look back with pride knowing we made it through and feel good about ourselves. We take pride with our loved ones who makes us feel whole and share the same ideas. When the house gets a new coat of paint this shows pride where we live and hope everyone else will follow suit. We show pride to the community by being graceful and kind to others. 

When the house is in disrepair it shows a lack of respect for ourselves and the neighborhood. There are limitations when our pride gets in the way, and we’ll not be able to see the opportunity in front of us. Pride can propel us forward to the next level as long as we stay humble. If we take pride in what we do, the world will see this manifestation by what we produce. The stumbling blocks are “our pride”, not letting us jump over.

Giant leap with no fear,

Take care of ourselves,

Clean.

When we fill up with “our pride”, we can’t see the beauty in the world only the travesties ahead. Pride builds self respect when we accomplish what we want for our lives. We have pride when we look back at all the wonderful things we did for others, and for ourselves.
