taking a seat on the bench beside them, sebastian gave a tired chuckle. "i swear i will sleep for hours on end after all of this."
priya couldn't help but chuckle along with the blonde, ❝ i have to admit, the sun and all the commotion will have me sleeping for a whole day. ❞

ocean blue hues glanced over at the beautiful woman with a raised eyebrow , " what is on your mind , belle ? " her tone curious as odette remained in her position .
teeth catch her lower lip in thought, turning back to the woman she practically stood over. ❝ oh it's silly, nothing to worry about, really. ❞ she waves off, though she knows it'll plague her for hours tonight as it often does. she takes a moment, finally sitting in the grass beside odette.
"thank you so much for the offer," she nodded gratefully as she moved towards the open door, not so much for the tea and cakes that were offered but to simply get in and have a seat for a moment. to enjoy time as it simply passed on. "the people have been kind, and there have been no issues with anyone and i hope it remains as such, though is it like this every season? all the ladies puttering about to find a match?"
priya was quick to wave of the thanks, after all, it was simple courteousy, not something that needed thanks at all, she led the girl into the tea room with ease, gesturing to any of the open seats. ❝ well, that's certainly good to here. and mostly, yes, there's nothing worse than being a unmarried woman come the end of the season. ❞ though she was one, as were many others, but to her it seemed more a curse.
"i do have a sister, and three brothers to add onto that," he explained further. they were many but he loved each one all in their own way. more times than he could count he often found himself as their protector while also being the only one able to tease them. "yes she does though her and i are far more alike then our parents would hope i suspect, she is my favourite sibling."

her skin is damp, her hair not as pristine as it was this morn, and yet, her smile is the brightest it's been in days, as if washed clean for a moment, of everything the burdens young shoulders. she turns her smile on the gentleman, unburdened by the drizzle still falling on her. ❝ how can anyone hate the rain ? ❞
"i do dabble in a few things here and there though mostly my hobbies include keeping my sister out of trouble," he wasn't about to tell her that his hobbies were visiting the beds of the lonely ladies of london. "though being cooped up is dreadful, i don't know how one can enjoy being shut inside all the damn time."

the cavendish took in a deep breath and felt her shoulders relaxing in the company of the other. "i've been doing well thank you, mama and i have everything set up at home and it isn't so terrible here," she mused softly as she looked around them.

a soft hum left her lips as she laid her back against the soft grass of the field . " there is something so calming about being here . as though , nothing truly matters . " odette had never found a place quite like this before , a place that made her feel such a way .
priya is at a loss, she doesn't understand how the girl beside her, laid in the grass at her feet, can be so relaxed, being back in the ton made her nervous, and very aware of being last years failure. ❝ i wish i could say much of the same. ❞

the girl takes a deep breath in, eyes fluttering closed for a moment before they are once again gazing out to the fields below. ❝ i do believe this is my favourite place. ❞
he would never ignore someone just because he could, especially not a lady who he had attached to his arm. she was a pretty little thing and he hoped that a light conversation would ease things between them. "i do not blame you, the sun is a rare sight these days and i too have been taking full advantage of it. i quite enjoy the sun."
her hand is gentle to pat against his arm as they walk together. ❝ i dount any one could be blamed for not wanting to be cooped up. do you have other hobbie, rather than being a gallant knight to walk the ladies home ? ❞
"yes i can see why he would be content here, there are no rules and no one to bother him. if i had that life i wouldn't want to move either." she sighed wistfully. "so we shall leave you for now sweet prince and perhaps see you once more," she giggled as she straightened her dress, "how are you?"
priya cannot help but smile fondly at the young girl, eyes flickering over to the old street cat with warmth before straightening herself. ❝ i've been well, thank you, yourself, how goes your settling in ? ❞
with a gentle smile he held out his arm and allowed her to loop her own through his before he started to walk. andrew was sure to keep her close to his side as he glanced ahead of them so they would not run into anything. "you are most welcome, anything to help a lady," he chuckled as he nodded. "other then getting a tad lost has the day been treating you well?"
her arm loops with his easily, falling into step with him. she doesn't expect much of a conversation so she's surprised when he continues more so than the acknowledgement of her thanks. ❝ the weather has been lovely, so i've been avoiding the indoors for the most of it, and yours, sir ? ❞
a small pout crossed her lips before she let out a soft chuckle, "what a shame for if he did not belong somewhere i would have scooped him up and taken him home." giving the feline one last look she glanced to the other and shrugged, "although i don't think my mother would approve if i did such thing, so perhaps it is for the best."
❝ i don't think he belongs to anyone. ❞ she murmured. ❝ the children have taken to calling him that, but i believe him to be a stray, i have tried to lure him in, but he seems content with his life. ❞ though she has noticed that he does enjoy the warm sun of her garden chair. ❝ my mother would never approve either unfortunately. ❞

she’d wandered off long ago, finding a bench hidden from the eyes of all, tucked between some flower bushes along the promenade and once there she had been able to breathe again, she hadn’t expected to be stumbled upon, after all, the debutantes and their gentleman counterparts were along the waters edge with their mama’s trailing behind and this time last season, she would of been one of them. ❝ your highness. ❞ she starts at his voice, immediately recognising the male, standing from the bench to greet him appropriately. ❝ there is nothing to forgive, i myself was doing just that. ❞
he smiled warmly ❝it seems i am not the only one who needed a break❞ he waved off her being so formal. ❝are you avoding anyone? or are you just enjoying the fresh air? england is very rainy, and i must admit, i never expect to see sun while i am here❞ he laughed a little. it wasn’t as if prussia was a tropical climate, but england was an island, and there fore more rain. ❝however i must say, when england has a sunny day, it is very beautiful.❞ perhaps it was because no one expected it, and when the gloom of the rain was gone, any bit of sunshine was welcomed. ❝i am sorry i did not catch your name❞
