PS: Lately I have taken to uploading separately on Insta and on Tumblr because Insta is trying to be tiktok and so favours reels rather than still photos in their algorithm.  All I *do* is still photos, so I am jamming them into Reels now like a chump to please the IG gods, but wathing a video of a photo (or photos) zooming by isn’t the same as looking at, appreciating, and fully taking in a photo as a work of art.  I guess IG just isn’t a platform anymore for artists working in old fashioned media like digital photography lol.  Anyhoo: at least Tumblr still lets a photographer be a photographer and doesn’t penalize them for it!
