clarification sorry because I worded this poorly: she didn't physically go up to this woman and take the photo, she took a screenshot from a video online in which the aforementioned woman was doing some kind of debate. her name is Freda Wallace and jk rowling went through that video and found a moment where Freda had exposed her underwear, screenshotted it, and then posted it. she then defended herself by saying Freda was wearing a short skirt and fishnets and actually gets off to this kind of attention. Rowlings supporters are saying it's okay because the video was publicly available anyway and Freda chose to sit like that. this happened after Freda criticised Rowling and she had one of her patented Xitter meltdown threads.
