邦題「朝日のごとくさわやかに」（Softly, as in a Morning Sunrise）が次の課題曲で、先日のレッスンで先生に紹介されるまではジャズのスタンダード・ナンバーであることを知らないという…ジャズをやっているのにモグリもいいとこだわ…(´･∀･｀) Wikiによると、1928年にシグマンド・ロンバーグが作曲し、オスカー・ハマースタイン2世の作詞の歌詞がつけられていた。ミュージカル『新しい月』（The New Moon）のために書かれたそうな。歌詞の内容は失恋を悔やむ内容ですが、自分はラブソングは照れ臭いから、サラッと歌うのが好きですね。
