SPOILERS FOR NEW PYROMANIAC UPDATE AND ENDINGS!!!

Well I spent like a lot of time messing around with Ending C, literally not understanding how i could avoid fighting bosses, but it turns out you can literally just run past their locations.

Ending C, in my opinion, isn’t as cool as Ending D, but it’s still quite interesting to some extent AND STILL GOOD.

Pyromania is angry that Nikolas wasn’t killing all the monsters along the way, lamenting the fact that he’s doing all this for Nikolas. He kidnaps him to his boss room ahead of time, and Nikolas gets hit with an axe again. Then he returns unconscious Nikolas to the very same bench from the beginning of the first chapter.

Standing menacingly over Nikolas, Pyromania says that he will get what he wants anyway, and they will be together at the end. The story repeats, and this time Pyromania asks Nicky to kill everyone he meets along his way.

ON ANOTHER NOTE

THERE IS A BIG ADDITION TO ENDING A!!! After the credits, we can see a newspaper about Nikolas and learn that initially, no one even suspected him of arson, suspicions arose only after he escaped from the hospital. Nikolas confesses to what he did and surrenders to the police voluntarily.

There were more than a dozen victims in the fire, and Nikolas is sentenced to 15–20 years in prison instead of life imprisonment due to his impulse disorder and pyromania. After he finishes serving his sentence, Nikolas will be placed in an asylum.

so if you kill all the monsters along the way, Nikolas will accept Pyromania's offer to unite them

Pyromania was so happy about it, and Nikolas would realize he's a big idiot. AND WE PLAY AS PYROMANIA IN THE FINAL FIGHT, AND OH MY GOD HOW I SCREAMED MY BOYS 😭😭😭

in the end, Pyromania wins (i died from Nicky like 6 times LOL) and hits Nikolas on the head with fire axe, the credits roll and throughout the entire text we hear Nikolas (and me) crying

Nikolas (or rather Pyromania) wakes up in the hospital. I didn’t even dream about such ending, but now all my thoughts only about it. PEAK!!!!!

I think alot about how throughout his arc Henry both gains and loses agency in becoming a soldier. And how he as a person gets lost to many characters as a tool, and to himself as a vessel of revenge.

I also like to think that the events of kcd1 and kcd2 take wayyyy longer than they canonically do. So I wanted my kcd1 Henry to look younger </3
