This is one of Wilhelm Schulz’s comics from the German satire paper, Simplicissimus. The title is “Umsonst” (“In Vain”).
I’m assuming it’s a moral propaganda piece condemning prostitution or a sympathetic piece about the plight of fallen women. A single mother tries to support her sickly son by selling her body, but when she returns she finds it’s too late - Death has already claimed him. (Source)
