Yours truly
My great-aunt used to comb her hair 100 times every day to maintain her lucious locks.
Although I don’t think you necessarily have to comb it that much, combing your hair can be very beneficial to hair growth since it stimulates blood flow in the scalp, and evenly spreads the natural oils it produces.
To sprinkle a little magick into tradition I created this little spell. I’d recommend using a wooden brush since it’s eco-friendly and it spreads the oil much better. Repeat these words as you gently brush through, envisioning your hair growing:
“Grow, grow fast as weeds, soft as snow, so mote it be!”
Additionally, you can make some hair oil to add if you have very long, thick hair (like me), or dry; especially important at the tips of your hair to prevent breakage. Careful not to tug too hard! Detangeling your hair first may help.
🕊Hair Oil
Apricot seed oil, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, vitamin E oil, lavender essential oil, jasmine essential oil, rose essential oil, dried rose and jasmine buds (I removed them after a few weeks to so that the oil would come out easier from the bottle)

Hair Growth/Healthy Hair Spell
This spell is to promote hair growth and healthy hair!
When to cast: Once a week, using a full moon or new moon would really manifest some of the lunar energy.
Ingredients:
- Oils: biotin, argan, peppermint (avoid if you have sensitive skin), smell of your choice (optional)
- Cinnamon Powder (avoid if you have sensitive skin)
- Coconut Oil (or conditioner of your choice)
- White Candle
- Pink Candle
- Hair Brush
How to Prepare:
I recommend you do this spell at night, however, you can do this in the morning if you prefer, I just prefer to wash it out the next morning. Take a few moments to meditate. Once you feel relaxed, your thoughts and feelings are focused, clear, and secure you may begin.
What to do:
- Light your candles.
- Focus on your intent as you mix together your ingredients.
- Once everything is mixed apply the mixture to your hair working roots to ends being sure to massage into your scalp to stimulate it while still focusing on your intent.
- Once your hair is covered use the hair brush to brush your hair out for approximately 5 minutes, just do what feels right for you.
while you brush recite the following chant.
Chant:
Hair of mine,
become so divine,
with Earth spices,
patience with time to pass,
my hair will grow,
long and fast,
though it’s been slow,
with these oils,
it shall grow and grow!
Now, hair care is very important to your health and self-care as well, take care of yourself out there witches.
I hope you enjoy this spell, I hope to be posting more spells more often as well. As always if you have any questions or need anything just reach out!
Take care!

How to Make a Wax Tablet
For use in spellwork; curse tablets in particular. Note that a ready made set can be found online for roughly $20. However, beeswax can be found readily in most craft stores for $6-10 and have many, many uses.
Materials
A photo frame, ideally 8x11" to allow for more writing space
Beesewax, shaved, chopped, or in pellet form
Oil - linseed is more historically accurate but olive or coconut will do. The oil makes the wax soft enough to write on and scrape it to re-use.
Hot glue, epoxy pen, or any other precision sealant (more on this below)
Colorant (optional) such as food, candle, or soap dye
Method
Determine amount of beeswax and oil required. You could eyeball it but if you want to be more precise, determine the volume (length × width x depth) of the frame’s resevoir. You can then plug it into this online calculator to determine how much beeswax by weight you’ll need. Then measure out between 10-15% of that weight in oil.
Prepare the frame. Remove the glass (save for another craft) and seal the corners on the inside using tape, a tiny bit of hot glue, or an epoxy pen - whatever will work to prevent the wax from leaking out while it’s in liquid form.
Ensure that the frame is level for pouring. Many frames have a fold out stand on the back that will prevent it from laying flat. Keep this in mind and try to prepare it now so the wax dries evenly, rather than fiddle with it later while juggling hot containers.
Melt the wax. I tend to scorch things in the microwave so I prefer the double boiler method. Place wax into a heat safe container, then insert the container into a pot of boiling water. Beeswax has a melting point of 144 to 147 °F (62 to 64 °C) - much higher than, say, coconut oil (76 °F/24 °C). So melt the beeswax nearly completely first then add oil. Stir to combine. Add any coloring if using.
Pour into the frame. IMPORTANT: do NOT let any water get into your wax. It will cause it to bubble and crack. Allow it to cool completely before using.
Bonus ideas:
Select a dye color that is significant to your intended task
Use oil infused with associated herbs or plants
Add essential oils for the same reason, and also for a pleasant scent (myrrh fragrance, perhaps, for attracting the attention of Hekate?)
Consider adding other ingredients that were also used for magical inks such as incense ash, powdered buckthorn or wormwood, etc.
Wax Seal Charms
From simple love spells to glamours and hexes, wax seal charms are a powerful and versatile tool for any witch’s arsenal. Small, inconspicuous, and easy to hide, these simple charms are useful for nearly any type of magick.
First, you will need a smooth work surface (I used the bottom of a ceramic bowl). Fold a small envelope from a square of paper. You want the envelope to be the same size as or smaller than the wax seal to ensure complete wax coverage.
Next, write your intent (or draw a sigil) on the inside of the envelope. Keep it simple or write very small.
You can add a small pinch of herbs (or a taglock) if you like, but try not to use too much or the charm won’t flatten and may not seal correctly.
Once you’ve added your herbs, fold the envelope shut. You may need to squish it a little to keep it closed.
Pour your wax over the envelope, making sure to cover any open edges, and place your stamp in the molten wax. Apply light pressure for a few moments and then allow to cool.
Once completely cool, remove your stamp and peel the charm off your work surface.
And voila! A small, portable charm that can easily be slipped into a purse or wallet unnoticed.
A lovely way to use my wax seal!!
What a novel idea.

So, true to my word, I made two tile sheets for my perfect farm interior! Unfortunately, I am too dazed and mildly confused (perhaps my age is catching up with me ._.) to even decorate my house. This took a shameful amount of time, but I’m satisfied. It gives me such a mori girl, hedge witch feel. ♥
