I guess this has been marked as sensitive material??? Yo it's a video game and this is by far the least graphic thing on tumblr to come from The Evil Within. Nobody is bleeding. Nobody is ripped open. The characters are represented as they are. If you haven't played the game and THIS ALONE bothers you - don't. Maybe stay away from the horror genre entirely if THIS is "sensitive".
