I'm having a really difficult time. I'm so depressed and don't know how to fix it. I have therapy this afternoon which is good but I just feel entirely alone. And it's my own fault which is the worst part. I'm in constant pain it's hard for me to just walk around these days. Like what do you do from here? I just need some help and support for a minute. I'm so tired.
