You are not your thoughts
I think one of the most important things anyone has ever told me is that you are not your thoughts. As someone with mental illness and someone who deals with lots of intrusive thoughts, it sends such a good message. Sometimes it’s hard for us to get caught up in our thoughts of not being worthy enough or not being good enough or thinking you are ugly, and no I’m not just talking about people with mental illness I’m talking about everybody. But no matter why you could be thinking those things or the circumstances YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS. YOU MATTER. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. YOU ARE WORTH IT. YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH. please never forget that.
