Modular Buildings and Prefab Homes
So recently I’ve been very interested in modular buildings and prefab homes. My dream one day is to build my very own house, however there are some obvious limitations to this (the main one being costs).
Therefore I’ve been doing a little bit of research into these so called modular/prefab homes. They are basically pre built to either your specification or a standard layout and then delivered to your desired location!
The main thing which peaked my interest was they seemed to be a good eco friendly, cheap option to build a home, some include added extras like renewable energy sources (making your home an awesome powerhouse). I haven’t looked further into the whole process of getting a modular/prefab house however it’ll definitely be something I consider in the near future.
