Glow in the dark skate park by artist Koo Jeong-A. He created the world’s first glow in the dark skate park entitled OTRO. The park is located at The Island of Vassiviére, France, and has been built with a green phosphorescent concrete.

This is a skatepark in Korea. It used to just be a plaza for walking and people would always skate it. So the city decided to put coping on everything and add a couple rails. If only that could happen in the U.S.
