Reading a book is actually insane when you break it down. You stare at marked slices of tree for hours on end, hallucinating vividly

Commission for an miniature axolotl pond inside of an Altoids Smalls tin. No, it’s not real and it’s not edible. :)

another romance novel idea set in the color soulmate AU, where one of the leads is like a daughter/son of a police or something, and the other is a criminal in some sort of high security jail. In the AU, people are born seeing only black and white and only get to see color once they physically touch their soulmate.
The leads meet by accident (in the prison) and they get to talk and spend time together, they both obviously fall in love and believe they are both soul mates. The only thing keeping them from touching and seeing color is the glass window of the prisoner lead’s cubicle, the only place they are able to communicate. So one day, non-prisoner lead comes to the jail to spend time with the prisoner lead, only to find out it’s execution day. Non-prisoner lead does whatever it takes to get through the guards and he/ she somehow manage to find themselves in the long hallway leading to the execution room/chamber thing. Seeing prisoner lead by the other end of the hallway, being dragged into the room, n.p lead yells out his/her name. P lead looks back, shocked to see his/her s.o in there. They both run towards each other, reaching their arms out as the guards try to catch them. Finally, both of the leads touch hands, tears flowing down and ready for the burst of color to come at them... only there aren’t any colors. They’re not soulmates. Now n.p lead kneels helplessly as guards attempt to gently lead him/her out of the hallway as he/she watches p lead dragged into the execution room, never coming back.
I have a romance novel idea where both of the main characters are either deaf or mute (or both) and has no way of speaking at all, and there wouldn’t be any dialogue in the book, the writing just has to be really good tho

I found my recreation of Swan Lake! I made it using watercolor, it looks a bit bad because it's a bit crumpled and messy, but I still like this instead of the digital one!
