gosh, my last text post was November of 2018 I think.

its now the end of September 2019. sometimes I think I’m updating this thing just for me, which I’m content with. but if you’re out there still, and following along: hi. how are you? message me. I’d love to hear from you.

as for me: i'm still alive. still learning to love the ‘good’ moments and not think of them as less than or not enough as the wild highs and lows I’ve always been used to. there’s a particular someone who’s been recently making me practice this more consciously than I have in a while.... but yeah. this year feels full, and settling - in the best of ways. the beginning of ‘concrete things’, is probably the best way to say it.

and that feels good.

anyway - that’s all for now. I’m gonna try and be better at this. promise x
