Hey, here's a lil self care checkpoint!

-drink some water if you haven't for a lil while

-try and have a lil snack or some general food if you havent had any for a bit

-take a 5 min screen break (so you don't get eye strain)

-if you bind, have you been wearing it more than 8-10 hours? Have a lil stretch if you're within your time

-did you take your meds today?

-if its between 10pm and 7am where you are rn try to sleep or rest, even if its just for an hour

-if you've been sitting for a while get up and have a lil walk if you can, even if its just to the kitchen for a cup of tea

-pls remember that you are amazing and beautiful and deserve love and happiness, you are enough
