P.T. Andersons cult film Punch.Drunk.Love and lo-fi underground hip-hop album Her Favorite Colour from Blu both depict an imperfect and often times conflicted character for a plethora of emotions ranging from endearment to fits of rage and all centered around the theme of love. While some will be impatient and unwilling to understand the demeanor and internal behaviors of these particular characters; I find them quite interesting due to their unforgiving nature to leave some things unexplained. They base their actions upon their emotions rather than being (completely) grounded in logic, something we commonly do ourselves but fail to always recognize. They carry some very relatable characteristics despite the fact that you don't always understand them and frankly they never seem to quite understand themselves either.
