I am very proud to announce that I got accepted into Central Michigan University! I even got offered a scholarship, but it's for the dorms and I'll be commuting. 😊 I am very honored and proud of myself for getting as far as I have with my education. Who would have thought that the girl that had a horrible time with grades in high school would be where she is today? 📚🤓🍎

When I got asked from Lexi to help with her project, I honestly was having a harder time trying to do it. Not for the fact I never got called any names, or had labels put on me, or didn't have an opinion of myself. I was trying to find the most powerful thing out of everything I get called. I never thought that getting called an overachiever would be such a bad thing. When I was in high school, I never got any super good grades. Now that I'm in college, I have been trying very hard to achieve my goal of graduating with a very good GPA. I actually went above my goal, and I'm still pushing to do better. The moral of the story is, why is it bad to have goals and wanting to be a perfectionist frowned upon? Why is it labeled with such bad intent when in reality we should pushing each other to do better? Not let us down when we are doing well!
