Knockers, Pot and Kraut

Got this recipe from my Father, we revamped it a bit and it is WOW!!

In a large pot boil water, add 1 tbls kosher salt.

Add 10 whole washed red potatoes, cook 10-15 min or until almost done.

In another pot add Kraut and 1 cup apple cider, bring up to heat.
